I set the mast track all the way back brought the straps all the way forward even played with the fin positioning. I just think the board is designed for a larger sail I believe 4.5 is really the bottom end of that boards range and it goes up to a 6.5.

I think I need a board with strap placement similar to my Cross 102 but in the 85l range. Not anything real "wavy" though. Eventually, but not yet.Outdrsmnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03540807323794572514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5709644058074284284.post-65065899347306945542009-02-19T08:15:00.000-05:002009-02-19T08:15:00.000-05:00Great post, Chris... or should I say Dale Earnhard...Great post, Chris... or should I say Dale Earnhardt? haha

Next time you're in hatteras bring your small gear by and I can help you tune it up to make it more comfortable, if you can't find a more modern board somewhere. Being in the straps makes all the difference in the world on a day like you're describing!Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07271790605471088648noreply@blogger.com
